– (FR) Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted to officially present to the Members of this House the Communication on the Single Market Act, which was adopted by the Commission on 27 October, and to debate it here with you. I cannot split myself in two.

I would like to make another three brief comments on the keynote debate that has taken place here today on the subject of globalisation.
