At the same time, I would say that Estonia's decision to participate in this post-conflict regulation of the Iraq situation was made at a time when we were presented with evidence that there would be weapons of mass destruction, and obviously Estonia is a small country that doesn't have, and will never have, any autonomous capacity to assess whether or not a country like Iraq is in possession of nuclear or biological or chemical weapons.
En même temps, je dirais que la décision de l'Estonie de participer aux efforts d'après-guerre pour stabiliser la situation en Irak a été prise à un moment où on nous disait qu'il y avait des armes de destruction massive, alors que l'Estonie est un petit pays qui n'a pas, et qui n'aura jamais, la capacité indépendante d'évaluer si un pays comme l'Irak possède ou non des armes nucléaires, biologiques ou chimiques.
