This thorough cost-benefit analysis and impact assessment never took place as the present Commission proposal has been adopted on 16 July 2014 but the relocation of CEPOL only happening thereafter with the official inauguration of the new headquarter taking place on 6 November.
Aucune analyse coûts/bénéfices, ni aucune analyse d'impact n'ont été menées, la présente proposition de la Commission ayant été adoptée le 16 juillet 2014 et le transfert du CEPOL n'étant intervenu qu'ensuite – le nouveau siège a été officiellement inauguré le 6 novembre dernier.
