(EN) By way of its letter of 29 December 2003, ATTIKO METRO, the contracting authority for the procedure in relation to the construction of the Thessaloniki Metro, sent to the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities a notice for a call for tender using a restricted procedure for the construction of the project in question, which was published in the Official Journal on 6 January 2004.
