So far, the SWS has formally confirmed the waiving of claims amounting to some BFR 253 million; - SA Forges Finances, a SWS subsidiary, had also agreed to waive claims amounting to BFR 300 million (the loan to which the claims related was not specified); - the loans granted by the SNCI (BFR 680 million and BFR 650 million) and by BELFIN (including one of BFR 200 million) were extended for a further three years and the interest rates were lowered.
