14. Calls upon the Commission to put forward a methodological proposal (to be discussed, inter alia, at the EuroLat Joint Parliamentary Assembly and at the July 2008 EURLAT Summit in Lima) concerning ways of coordinating - in cooperation with local institutions and organisations - the various EU initiatives designed to combat feminicide and the impunity of those who perpetrate it, and to make the staff of those institutions and organisations aware of gender issues and violence against women; calls also for such initiatives to be regularly put forward and discussed by its Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality, in conjunction with its Delegation for relations with the countries of Central America and the EU-Mexico Joint Parliamentary Committee;
14. demande à la Commission qu'elle fasse une proposition méthodologique, à discuter, entre autres, à l'assemblée parlementaire conjointe EuroLat et au sommet EURLAT à Lima au mois de juillet 2008, quant à la façon de coordonner les différentes initiatives européennes destinées à la lutte contre les féminicides et son impunité, en coopération avec les institutions et les organisations locales, et de mettre en oeuvre des actions de sensibilisation de leur personnel par rapport aux questions de genre et de violence contre les femmes; demande aussi que ces initiatives soient régulièrement présentées et discutées dans sa commission compétente pour les droits de la femme et l'égalité des genres, en association avec sa délégation pour les relations avec les pays d'Amérique centrale et la commission parlementaire mixte UE-Mexique;

The Appendices to Annex 11 to the Agriculture Agreement were last amended by Decision No 1/2008 of the Joint Veterinary Committee set up by the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products of 23 December 2008 regarding the amendment of Appendices 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 to Annex 11 to the Agreement (2).
Les appendices de l’annexe 11 de l’accord agricole ont été modifiés en dernier lieu par la décision no 1/2008 du comité mixte vétérinaire institué par l’accord entre la Communauté européenne et la Confédération suisse relatif aux échanges de produits agricoles du 23 décembre 2008 concernant la modification des appendices 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 10 de l’annexe 11 (2).

The Appendices to Annex 11 to the Agriculture Agreement were amended for the first time by Decision No 2/2003 of the Joint Veterinary Committee set up by the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products of 25 November 2003 amending Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 11 to Annex 11 to the Agreement (1).
Les appendices de l’annexe 11 de l’accord agricole ont été modifiés une première fois par la décision no 2/2003 du comité mixte vétérinaire institué par l’accord entre la Communauté européenne et la Confédération suisse relatif aux échanges de produits agricoles du 25 novembre 2003 concernant la modification des appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 11 de l’annexe 11 de l’accord (1).

On-the-spot inspections shall be carried out under the responsibility of the Joint Veterinary Committee in accordance in particular with Article 22 of Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000, Article 57 of the Act on epizootic diseases and Article 1 of the Ordinance of 14 November 2007 on the coordination of inspections of agricultural holdings (OCI, RS 910.15).

Under Article 19(1) of Annex 11 to the Agriculture Agreement the Joint Veterinary Committee is responsible for considering any matter arising in connection with the said Annex and its implementation and for carrying out the tasks provided for therein.
