I think it's left to civil discourse to begin unfolding it. I don't see a dilemma until we come to this kind of issue, and then my question would be, was the charter really intended to be used as a sword, as a way of unravelling, of deconstructing, or of refashioning basic social institutions that pre-existed the charter?
