Supports the proposed raising of the minimum thresholds, in light also of the 2006 annual report of the Court of Auditors, which could be set at one hectare or the corresponding amount of EUR 250, combined with the introduction of a single premium or a minimum lump sum for small recipients; states, however, that in duly justified cases of major differences in agricultural structures, Member States should be granted the option of setting the minimum thresholds;
74. souscrit également, notamment au vu du rapport annuel 2006 de la Cour des comptes européenne, au relèvement proposé des seuils minimums, qui pourrait se monter à 1 ha ou à 250 EUR, combiné à la création d'une prime unique ou d'un forfait minimal pour les petits bénéficiaires; estime cependant que, dans des cas dûment justifiés où l'on constate une grande diversité des structures agricoles, il faudra laisser aux États membres la faculté de fixer les seuils minimums;
