On motion of Elinor Caplan, it was agreed, - That, the Chair, in cooperation with the Clerk of the Committee, be authorized to make such typographical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the draft report; and That, the draft report, as amended, be adopted as the Committee’s Report to the House and that the Chair present the Report to the House or to the Clerk of the House; and That, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to this report.
