The Commission has cleared the proposed acquisition of joint control of both the German companies Rheinbraun Thyssen Energy GmbH und Rheinbraun Thyssen Energy GmbH Co. KG (hereafter together "RTE") as well as the Dutch company SSM Coal B.V. by the Dutch SHV Deelnemingen Maatschappij B.V ("SHV") and the German Rheinbraun Brennstoff GmbH ("RBB").
Le projet d'opération par laquelle l'entreprise néerlandaise SHV Deelnemingen Maatschappij B.V ("SHV"), et l'entreprise allemande Rheinbraun Brennstoff GmbH ("RBB") acquièrent le contrôle en commun des deux entreprises allemandes Rheinbraun Thyssen Energy GmbH et Rheinbraun Thyssen Energy GmbH Co. KG (ci-après "RTE") ainsi que de SSM Coal B.V. a été autorisé par la Commission européenne.
