Catharines-Thorold (the Hon. Gilbert Parent), in his capacity as Speaker, to make certain decisions in regards to the status of the Official Opposition in Parliament, constitute a contempt of this House and consequently that the hon. member for Lethbridge be ordered to the bar of the House to be admonished by the Chair.
Catharines-Thorold (l'honorable Gilbert Parent), à titre de Président de la Chambre, à prendre certaines décisions à l'égard du statut d'opposition officielle au Parlement constitue un outrage à la Chambre et, qu'en conséquence, le député de Lethbridge soit sommé de comparaître à la barre de la Chambre pour être admonesté par la présidence.
