Indeed, since the insertion of the clause does not enable the contract to be classified as a contract of indefinite duration, whatever the terms of the contract, such an amendment must be analysed as a first renewal for a fixed duration of a contract as a member of the temporary staff of fixed duration within the meaning of Article 2(a) of the Conditions of employment.
