The Federal Republic of Germany may, however, pending further coordination of the conditions for the taking up and pursuit of the business of life assurance maintain, with respect to health insurance within the meaning of Article 16 (4), the restrictions imposed on the free disposal of assets in so far as the free disposal of assets which cover mathematical reserves is subject to the agreement of a "Treuhänder".
La république fédérale d'Allemagne peut toutefois, jusqu'à la coordination ultérieure des conditions d'accès à l'activité de l'assurance sur la vie et de son exercice, maintenir, en ce qui concerne les assurances-maladie au sens de l'article 16 paragraphe 4, les restrictions imposées à la libre disposition des actifs, dans la mesure où l'on fait dépendre la libre disposition des actifs qui couvrent les réserves mathématiques de l'accord d'un "Treuhänder".
