Eu égard au fait que l'usine emploie actuellement environ 200 personnes, qu'elle ne sera exploitée que jusqu'en 1996 (date à laquelle elle sera fermée), que l'intensité de l'aide est relativement faible et que Volkswagen dispose déjà de capacités de production de têtes de cylindre à Salzgitter, la Commission a conclu que la poursuite de l'exploitation jusqu'en 1996 était dans l'intérêt de la Communauté et que l'aide ne permettait pas à Volkswagen d'accroître sa part de marché au détriment de ses concurrents.
