One of the things we've proposed is a transportation users council that would represent the interests of ordinary users of the transportation system, that would take up matters associated with the policies of the airlines, sometimes in an informal setting, sometimes recommending regulations like they do in the U.K. That might solve some of the gap between these rather formalistic agencies that deal and really have to deal in a very quasi-judicial way with everything that's before them, and the ordinary Canadian passenger.
