Next Thursday and Friday, we will be in Dublin, and I hope that the Irish Presidency will do everything in its power, starting by sounding out the individual governments as to their positions, so that the foreign ministers can then achieve a result that will enable, in due time, a summit of the European Union to be held, at which the European Constitution can be adopted.
Jeudi et vendredi prochains, nous serons à Dublin et j’espère que la présidence irlandaise fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir - à commencer par sonder les différents gouvernements sur leurs positions - pour que les ministres des affaires étrangères puissent aboutir à un résultat permettant, en temps utile, l’organisation d’un sommet européen qui verra l’adoption de la Constitution européenne.
