It is clear that the situation in Egypt demands three things: first of all, the Commission has to come forward with a credible and global plan for Tunisia and for Egypt – how to strengthen civil society, what to do to fight corruption, how to help in building democratic institutions, how to create an independent justice system and how to help economic construction and development.
Il est évident que la situation en Égypte exige trois choses: premièrement, la Commission doit avancer un plan crédible et global pour la Tunisie et pour l’Égypte - comment renforcer la société civile, que faire pour lutter contre la corruption, comment aider à mettre en place des institutions démocratiques, comment créer un système judiciaire indépendant et comment favoriser la construction et le développement économiques.
