Since I still have a few seconds left, I should like to conclude with a final word in the form of a question to those of our fellow MEPs who, this morning, have had some very harsh words to say about employees who defend their pensions, and I would ask them if they themselves are prepared to sacrifice their parliamentary pensions. In the light of my experience, allow me to say, Madam President, that I think they are probably not so prepared.

Mr. Jacques Roy: Yes, indeed, the report we tabled addresses the internal conflicts within the ADM group, as well as the fact that three chairman came and went since 1996, and we also mention all the problems and setbacks this may have caused the organization, including the departure of many middle managers, people I knew well and who left the ADM group for all sorts of reasons.
M. Jacques Roy: Oui, effectivement, nous traitons un peu dans le rapport que nous avons déposé des conflits internes chez ADM, ainsi que des trois présidences qu'on a connues depuis 1996, de tous les problèmes et inconvénients que cela avait pu causer à l'interne et des nombreux départs de cadres intermédiaires, des gens que je connaissais bien et qui ont quitté ADM dans toutes sortes de circonstances.
