Mr. Donald McLean: I'm a chemical engineer by training, but one of the principles we learn in engineering is, when you go to analyze a problem that has many issues, one of the useful things to do is to take one of the issues and, as it were, put a box around it, to separate it from all the other issues, to examine it and look at the things that have to cross the boundaries of that box to sustain it.
