Member States may allow placing on the market of articles in their entirety containing asbestos fibres referred to in paragraph 1 which were already installed and/or in service before 1 January 2005, under specific conditions ensuring a high level of protection of human health.
Les États membres peuvent autoriser la mise sur le marché d’articles, dans leur entièreté, contenant des fibres d’amiante, visés au paragraphe 1, qui étaient déjà installés et/ou en service avant le 1er janvier 2005, dans des conditions déterminées garantissant un niveau élevé de protection de la santé humaine.
