In this regard it must be our common endeavour to maintain small family farms – also those of hill farmers in Austria, for instance, as well as every individual traditional small, medium-sized and organic farmer – so that they can continue their ecologically useful work and we do not lose our food sovereignty to giant farms or become dependent on big agricultural concerns.
Dans cette perspective, nous devons unir nos forces pour préserver les petites exploitations familiales, y compris, par exemple, celles des agriculteurs montagnards d’Autriche et toutes les exploitations traditionnelles de petite taille, de taille moyenne et organiques.
