We do not feel, however, that those problems justify excluding passengers on package tours from the scope of the protection provided by this regulation, or reducing the protection offered them in the event of cancellation of flights, or removing the opportunity for passengers to exercise their right to reimbursement or re-routing in the event of long delay of flights.
Mais nous ne pensons pas que ces problèmes justifient que l’on exclue du régime de protection prévu par ledit règlement les passagers voyageant dans le cadre de voyages à forfait, que l’on restreigne la protection desdits passagers en cas d’annulation d’un vol ou que l’on retire la possibilité offerte à un passager d’exercer son droit à un remboursement ou un transfert sur un autre vol en cas de retard important.
