D. considérant que Nabeel Rajab, défenseur des droits de l'homme à Bahreïn, président du Centre pour les droits de l'homme de Bahreïn (BCHR), secrétaire général adjoint de la Fédération internationale des droits de l'homme (FIDH) et membre du comité consultatif de la division Moyen-Orient de Human Rights Watch, a été condamné à six mois de prison seulement pour avoir exercé pacifiquement son droit à la liberté d'expression; considérant que Nabeel Rajab a été arrêté le 1 octobre 2014 après sa visite à la sous-commission "droits de l'homme" du Parlement européen car accusé d'avoir posté des tweet concernant un groupe de compatriotes présumé coopérer avec l'EI; considérant qu'il a été accusé d'insulte à une institution publique et à l'armée; considérant qu'en novembre 2013, le groupe de travail des Nations unies sur la détention arbitraire a qualifié d'arbitraire la détention de Nabeel Rajab;
