In terms of democratic structures, there is a convention, attended by more than 650 delegates from health care facilities and representing nursing and cardio-respiratory professionals; there is a federal council made up of 500 delegates and a federal executive committee made up of nine members elected at the convention, including a nursing vice-chair, an assistant nursing vice-chair, and a respiratory therapist vice-chair, in order to reflect the main types of employment within our organization.
Au niveau des structures démocratiques, il existe un congrès, où plus de 650 délégués proviennent des établissements de santé et représentent les professionnelles en soins infirmiers et cardiorespiratoires, un conseil fédéral où on y retrouve plus de 500 délégués et un comité exécutif fédéral où nous retrouvons neuf membres élus en congrès, dont une vice-présidente infirmière, une vice-présidente infirmière auxiliaire et une vice-présidente inhalothérapeute, afin de refléter la réalité des principaux titres d'emploi de notre organisation.
