As far as the first exemption is concerned, I believe it is entirely consistent with what the Minister of Finance announced in his budget in February on the possibility of parents amassing, through a specific plan, money to provide for the needs of their severely handicapped children.
En ce qui a trait à la première exemption, je crois notamment qu'elle est tout à fait conforme avec ce qui a été annoncé par le ministre des Finances dans son budget de février dernier concernant la possibilité pour les parents d'amasser, par le truchement d'un régime particulier, de l'argent pour subvenir aux besoins de leurs enfants lourdement handicapés.
