D. whereas Finland submitted application EGF/2015/005 FI/Computer Programming for a financial contribution from the EGF following 1 603 redundancies in 69 enterprises operating in the NACE Rev. 2 division 62 ('Computer programming, consultancy and related activities') in several NUTS level 2 regions covering the whole of Finland, and whereas an estimated 1 200 redundant workers are expected to participate in the measures;

Based on the OIE's recognition of SAV as a serious infectious disease affecting certain salmonid species and the information provided from Finland with regard to the current health status as regards SAV and the possible economic and ecological impact of the introduction of SAV into the continental parts of Finland, it is justified that the application of certain placing on the market and import restrictions in accordance with Article 43 of Directive 2006/88/EC to prevent such introduction should be approved.
Compte tenu de la reconnaissance par l'OIE de l'infection par le SAV en tant que maladie infectieuse grave touchant certaines espèces de salmonidés, des informations fournies par la Finlande sur le statut sanitaire actuel relatif au SAV et des éventuelles conséquences économiques et écologiques de l'introduction du SAV dans les parties continentales de la Finlande, il est justifié d'autoriser l'application de certaines restrictions à la mise sur le marché et à l'importation, conformément à l'article 43 de la directive 2006/88/CE, afin de prévenir une telle introduction.

Regrets that the redundancies in Cluj in Romania and in Salo in Finland (application EGF/2012/006/ FI/Nokia from Finland) stem from a corporate decision of Nokia to move its production plants to Asia and are part of its plan to reduce global employment in Nokia Corporation by 17 000 workers by the end of 2013;

On 12 June 2015, Finland submitted an application EGF/2015/005 FI/Computer programming for a financial contribution from the EGF, following redundancies in the economic sector classified under the NACE Revision 2 Division 62 (Computer programming, consultancy and related activities) in the NUTS level 2 regions of Länsi-Suomi (FI19), Helsinki-Uusimaa (FI1B), Etelä-Suomi (FI1C) and Pohjois- ja Itä-Suomi (FI1D) in Finland.
Le 12 juin 2015, la Finlande a présenté la demande EGF/2015/005 FI/Computer programming en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du FEM à la suite des licenciements intervenus dans le secteur économique relevant de la division 62 (programmation, conseil et autres activités informatiques) de la NACE Rév. 2, dans les régions de niveau NUTS 2 de Länsi-Suomi (FI19), Helsinki-Uusimaa (FI1B), Etelä-Suomi (FI1C) et Pohjois- ja Itä-Suomi (FI1D) en Finlande.

This Decision allows Finland to maintain the application of national provisions incompatible with those concerning the composition of EC-denominated fertilisers contained in Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003.

Without prejudice to the dates fixed by Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland or Sweden for the submission of the single application in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 11(2), amendments made in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article shall be notified to the competent authority in writing by 31 May of the calendar year concerned at the latest, except in the case of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden where they shall be notified by 15 June of the calendar year concerned at the latest’.

2. Without prejudice to the dates fixed by Finland or Sweden for the submission of the single application in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 11(2), amendments in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article shall be notified to the competent authority in writing by 31 May, in the case of Finland and Sweden by 15 June, of the calendar year concerned at the latest.
