À titre de mesure transitoire, et en ce qui concerne les actes de l'Union dans le domaine de la coopération policière et judiciaire en matière pénale qui ont été adoptés avant l'entrée en vigueur du traité de Lisbonne, les attributions des institutions sont les suivantes à la date d'entrée en vigueur dudit traité: les attributions de la Commission en vertu de l'article 258 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne ne seront pas applicables et les attributions de la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne en vertu du titre VI du traité sur l'Union européenne, dans sa version en vigueur avant l'entrée en vigueur du traité de Lisbonne, restent inchangées, y compris lorsqu'elles ont été acceptées conformément à l'article 35, paragraphe 2, dudit traité sur l'Union européenne.

The overall amount to be set aside by a phonogram producer for payment of the annual supplementary remuneration referred to in paragraph 2b shall correspond to 20 % of the revenue which the phonogram producer has derived, during the year preceding that for which the said remuneration is paid, from the reproduction, distribution and making available of the phonogram in question, following the 50th year after it was lawfully published or, failing such publication, the 50th year after it was lawfully communicated to the public.
Le montant global qu’un producteur de phonogrammes doit réserver au paiement de la rémunération annuelle supplémentaire visée au paragraphe 2 ter correspond à 20 % des recettes que le producteur de phonogrammes a perçues, au cours de l’année précédant celle du paiement de ladite rémunération, au titre de la reproduction, de la distribution et de la mise à disposition du phonogramme concerné, au-delà de la cinquantième année après que le phonogramme a fait l’objet d’une publication licite, ou, faute de cette publication, la cinquantième année après qu’il a fait l’objet d’une communication licite au public.

1. The competent authority of the home Member State shall, at the request of the issuer or the person responsible for drawing up the prospectus and within three working days following that request or, if the request is submitted together with the draft prospectus, within one working day after the approval of the prospectus provide the competent authority of the host Member State with a certificate of approval attesting that the prospectus has been drawn up in accordance with this Directive and with a copy of the said prospectus.
1. À la demande de l'émetteur ou de la personne chargée de rédiger le prospectus, dans les trois jours ouvrables qui suivent cette demande, ou, si la demande est soumise avec le projet de prospectus, dans un délai d'un jour ouvrable après l'approbation du prospectus, l'autorité compétente de l'État membre d'origine fournit aux autorités compétentes des États membres d'accueil un certificat d'approbation attestant que le prospectus a été établi conformément à la présente directive, ainsi qu'une copie dudit prospectus.
