1. The EESC also urges a rapid introduction of a European Foundation Statute, the adoption of a Statute for a European Association and a review of the value and usability of a European Social Enterprises label, that would definitely add value to the sector.
Le CESE recommande aussi vivement l'introduction rapide du statut de la fondation européenne, l'adoption d'un statut de l'association européenne et un réexamen de l'intérêt et de l'exploitabilité d'un label de l'entreprise sociale européenne, qui apporterait de toute évidence une valeur ajoutée au secteur.

European label: the Statute would provide the FE with a European label and image, which should make European Foundations recognisable and trustworthy, and hence encourage foundations’ cross-border activities as well as cross-border donations.
