2. Selection of CCS and RES demonstration projects for funding under this Decision shall take place through two rounds of calls for proposals organised by the Commission and addressed to Member States, covering the equivalent of 200 million allowances for the first round of call for proposals, and the equivalent of 100 million allowances and the remaining allowances from the first round of calls for proposals for the second round of calls for proposals.

La sélection des projets de démonstration CSC et SER à financer dans le cadre de la présente décision sera faite au moyen de deux appels de propositions organisés par la Commission et destinés aux États membres, couvrant l’équivalent de 200 millions de quotas pour le premier appel de propositions, et l’équivalent de 100 millions de quotas plus les quotas restants du premier appel de propositions, pour le deuxième appel de propositions.

2. The calls for proposals shall cover the actions and areas referred to in Articles 5, 6 and 7 and in Annex I. The content of the calls for proposals shall be established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 15(2) and in compliance with the relevant Articles under Title VI of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities(18).
2. Les appels à propositions concernent les actions et les domaines visés aux articles 5, 6 et 7, ainsi qu'à l'annexe I. Le contenu des appels à propositions est établi conformément à la procédure mentionnée à l'article 15, paragraphe 2, conformément aux articles correspondants du titre VI du règlement (CE, Euratom) n° 1605/2002 du Conseil portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes(18).
