There are certainly products that we cannot produce all year around, and we would expect to get grapes from somewhere other than the Annapolis Valley in January or February, but there are lots of products here that cannot really get to a good market because the volume cannot be supplied to the major grocery chains.
Il y a bien sûr des denrées que nous ne pouvons pas produire à l'année longue; ce n'est certes pas dans la vallée d'Annapolis que l'on peut s'attendre à trouver du raisin en janvier ou en février. Cependant, un grand nombre de produits locaux n'arrivent pas à se tailler une bonne place sur le marché parce qu'il est impossible d'approvisionner en volume suffisant les grandes chaînes d'alimentation.
