Calls on the Member States to implement cross-sectoral programmes for the prevention of suicide, especially among young people and adolescents, promoting a healthy lifestyle, reducing the risk factors such as easy access to pharmaceuticals, drugs, harmful chemical substances and alcohol abuse; considers that it is particularly necessary to guarantee the provision of treatment for people who have attempted to commit suicide and of psychotherapeutic treatment for the families of people who have committed suicide;
21. invite les États membres à mettre en œuvre des programmes plurisectoriels de prévention du suicide, en particulier pour les jeunes et les adolescents, en promouvant un mode de vie sain, en réduisant les facteurs de risque tels que la facilité d'accès aux médicaments, aux narcotiques et aux substances chimiques nocives ou l'abus d'alcool; juge notamment nécessaire de garantir des traitements psychothérapeutiques et pharmacologiques à ceux qui ont fait des tentatives de suicide ainsi que des traitements psychothérapeutiques brefs à l'entourage familial des personnes qui se sont suicidées;

Substances and preparations covered by the Law on Protection against Harmful Impact of Chemical Substances and Preparations (SG 10/2000), as amended, and the secondary legislation adopted under this Law, as amended, setting up procedures for assessing the danger of chemical substances and chemical preparations, the method for their classification and labelling, and the issue of the Safety Data Sheet for Chemical Substances and Preparations classified as dangerous.

10. Objective 3. Reducing the levels of harmful active substances by replacing the most dangerous with safer (including non chemical) alternatives: This objective will be achieved basically through faster implementation of Directive 91/414/EEC, in particular through its programme of reevaluating old active substances and through the introduction of this principle in the text of the Directive itself as a result of its revision, planned in the near future.
