In the judgment of 16 May 2017, Berlioz Investment Fund (C‑682/15, EU:C:2017:373, paragraph 54 and the case-law cited), the Court held that it ‘should be noted .that the principle of effective judicial protection is a general principle of EU law, which is now set out in Article 47 of the Charter.
