Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. In order to alleviate those problems and to speed up the implementation of operational programmes and projects, as well as to strengthen the economic recovery, it is necessary that the Member States, which have experienced or have been threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability and which have been granted financial assistance under one of the financial assistance mechanisms set out in Article 77(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund as amended by Regulation (EU) No 1311/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council , may contribute financial resources from operational programmes to the establishment of risk-sharing instruments providing loans or guarantees or other financial facilities, in support of projects and operations provided for under an operational programme.

The amendment shall be deemed to have been accepted at the end of a period of 18 months after the date of notification, unless within that period not less than one fourth of the States that were States Parties at the time of the adoption of the amendment have communicated to the Secretary General that they do not accept the amendment, in which case the amendment is rejected and shall have no effect.

The motions for second reading, concurrence at the report stage and for third reading of the said Bill and the adoption of any clause or title of the Bill or any procedural motion necessary for the adoption of the Bill in Committee of the Whole shall be deemed to have been carried on division; That the business to be considered under Government Orders on the morning of June 11, 1998, shall be the report stage of Bill C-38, An Act to amend the National Parks Act, followed by the third reading stage of Bill C-37, An Act to amend the Judges Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts; provided that no later than 11:00 a.m. on that day, all questions necessary to dispose of the report stage of Bill C-38 shall be deemed to have been put and divisions thereon requested and deferred to 1:00 p.m. that day, and at 1:00 p.m. all questions necessary to dispose of the third reading stage of Bill C-37 shall be deemed to have been put and divisions thereon requested and deferred until immediately after completion of the divisions on Bill C-38; and That, during consideration of Government Orders on that day, a Member may propose a motion with respect to the amendments made by the Senate to Bill C-410, An Act to change the name of certain electoral districts.

MOTIONS By unanimous consent, it was ordered, That all amendments that have been found in order at the report stage of Bill C-9, An Act for making the system of Canadian ports competitive, efficient and commercially oriented, providing for the establishing of port authorities and the divesting of certain harbours and ports, for the commercialization of the St. Lawrence Seaway and ferry services and other matters related to maritime trade and transport and amending the Pilotage Act and amending and repealing other Acts as a consequence, be deemed to have been read by the Chair and to have been duly moved and seconded and that, when there is no further debate, the amendments will be deemed to have been put and a recorded division requested and, in any case, no later than 5:30 p.m. today, all questions necessary to complete the report stage will be deemed to have put, divisions requested and deferred until the expiry of the time provided for Government Orders tomorrow.
