Mr. Rick Borotsik: Mr. Foot, I've heard from some stakeholders, some sources, that if the Canadian Wheat Board is in fact involved in the 25% to the degree we think they're going to be, there was some talk that if one railroad were more successful in the tendering process than another, there could well be a re-balancing in the remaining 75%, meaning that railroads today would be treated virtually no differently than they were yesterday.
