La prochaine reunion de quatre Presidents d'Amerique Centrale (le President Cerezo a confirme qu'il y assisterait tout en soulignant que son gouvernement poursuivrait une politique de neutralite active) convoque a San Jose pour le 15 fevrier, a l'invitation du President costa-ricien (mais a l'exclusion du Nicaragua), ne presage rien de bon a cet egard.
