Definition: Disorders characterized by a repetitive and persistent pattern of dissocial, aggressive, or defiant conduct. Such behaviour should amount to major violations of age-appropriate social expectations; it should therefore be more severe than ordinary childish mischief or adolescent rebelliousness and should imply an enduring pattern of behaviour (six months or longer). Features of conduct disorder can also be symptomatic of other psychiatric conditions, in which case the underlying diagnosis should be preferred. Examples of the behaviours on which the diagnosis is based include excessive levels of fighting or bullying, cruelty to other people or animals, severe destructiveness to property, fire-setting, stealing, repeated lying, truancy from school and running away from home, unusually frequent and severe temper tantrums, and disobedience. Any one of these behaviours, if marked, is sufficient for the diagnosis, but isolated dissocial acts are not.

Since the beginning of its mandate, the Juncker Commission is acting to build a strong Europe that can defend and protect its citizens at home and abroad - an ambition which cannot be achieved without pooling defence spending and strengthening the conditions for an open and competitive defence market in Europe. (9) If a particular individual is the recipient of a taxable supply by way of sale of a single unit residential complex (other than a floating home or a mobile home) from another person, tax under subsection 165(2) of the Act is payable in respect of the supply, no tax would have been payable under subsection 165(2) of the Act in respect of the supply if subsection (2) were read without reference to subparagraph (2)(d)(iii), subsection (3) were read without reference to paragraph (3)(e) or subsection (6) were read without reference to paragraph (6)(c), whichever is applicable in respect of the taxable supply, and the other person would, in the absence of this subsection, be required under section 221 of the Act to collect tax in respect of the supply, the following rules apply:

Instead of stage managing the chorus line, this government should be acting to support women in their right for equality; acting to ensure fair treatment for older women by abandoning its plan to raid public service pension funds; acting to keep its endlessly delayed promise to women in the public service and deliver pay equity; acting to give women working in the home the respect they deserve for doing the most important job anyone can do, raising the next generation; and acting to end employment insurance rules which discriminate against women.
