This Regulation should not, therefore, repeal or change existing instruments of a horizontal nature unless they have become obsolete, redundant or should not, by their very nature, be dealt with at Council level.
Le présent règlement ne devrait, dès lors, pas abroger ou modifier les instruments de nature horizontale existants, à moins qu'ils ne soient devenus obsolètes ou caducs ou qu'ils ne relèvent pas, de par leur nature, du Conseil.
