TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The IMI2 Joint Undertaking shall be jointly funded by the Union, the Members other than the Union and the Associated Partners, or their constituent entities or their affiliated entities through financial contributions paid in instalments and contributions consisting of the costs incurred by them in implementing indirect actions and that are not reimbursed by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.

3. Any payment by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking in respect of the liability referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and the costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith shall be considered as expenditure of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking and shall be covered by the resources of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.

2. The Stakeholder Forum shall be informed of the activities of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking, and shall be invited to provide comments on a regular basis, in particular on the participation in indirect actions funded by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking, on the outcome of each call and project implementation, on synergies with other relevant Union programmes, on the execution of the IMI2 budget and on the dissemination and exploitation of research results, and shall be invited to provide comments, including on the priorities of the Strategic Research Agenda.
2. By 15 February each year the Executive Director shall submit to the Governing Board for approval an annual activity report on the progress made by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking in the previous calendar year, in particular in relation to the annual work plan for that year. That report shall include, inter alia, information on the following matters:

On receipt of the Court of Auditors’ observations on the IMI2 Joint Undertaking’s provisional accounts pursuant to Article 148 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012, the accounting officer of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking shall draw up the IMI2 Joint Undertaking’s final accounts and the Executive Director shall submit them to the Governing Board for an opinion.
Dès réception des observations formulées par la Cour des comptes sur les comptes provisoires de l’entreprise commune IMI2 conformément à l’article 148 du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 966/2012, le comptable de l’entreprise commune IMI2 établit les comptes définitifs de l’entreprise commune IMI2 et le directeur exécutif les transmet pour avis au comité directeur.

The contributions from the Members other than the Union should relate to the administrative costs of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking and, together with the contributions from the Associated Partners for their specific area of research, to the co-financing required to carry out research and innovation actions supported by the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.
Les contributions des membres autres que l’Union devraient concerner les coûts administratifs de l’entreprise commune IMI2 et, conjointement avec les contributions des partenaires associés dans leur domaine spécifique de recherche, le cofinancement requis pour la mise en œuvre d’actions de recherche et d’innovation soutenues par ladite entreprise commune.

The Members other than the Union of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking have agreed to pursue the research activities in the area of activities of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking within a structure better adapted to the nature of a public-private partnership.
Les membres de l’entreprise commune IMI2 autres que l’Union ont marqué leur accord pour que les activités de recherche dans le domaine couvert par l’entreprise commune IMI2 soient réalisées au sein d’une structure mieux adaptée à la nature d’un partenariat public-privé.

Moreover, legal entities interested in supporting the IMI2 Joint Undertaking’s objectives in their specific areas of research should be offered the possibility to become Associated Partners of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.
En outre, les entités juridiques désireuses de contribuer aux objectifs de l’entreprise commune IMI2 dans leurs domaines spécifiques de recherche devraient se voir offrir la possibilité de devenir des partenaires associés de l’entreprise commune IMI2.
