Within the framework of the procedure and on the basis of the information provided by the German Government, the Commission investigated the misuse of aid regarding the continued loss financing of Buna by the THA in the marketing and the production of butac and the situation of general overcapacities in the butac-industry.
Dans le cadre de cette procédure, et sur la base des informations communiquées par le gouvernement allemand, la Commission a enquêté sur l'aide abusive que pouvait constituer le financement continu par la THA des pertes subies par la société Buna AG dans le domaine de la production et de la commercialisation d'acétate de butyle, ainsi que sur la surcapacité qui caractérise ce secteur.
