Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. In order to enhance the capacity of the Community, the Member States and consequently the business community to prevent, to address and to respond to major network and information security risks, the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) was established in 2004 for a period of five years.[3] The Agency was established with the main goal of “ensuring a high and effective level of network and information security within the Community, (..) in order to develop a culture of network and information security for the benefit of the citizens, consumers, enterprises and public sector organisations of the European Union, thus contributing to the smooth functioning of the internal market”.

This Regulation establishes a European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA, hereinafter ‘the Agency’) to undertake the tasks assigned to it for the purpose of contributing to a high level of network and information security within the Union and in order to raise awareness of network and information security and to develop and promote a culture, of network and information security in society for the benefit of citizens, consumers, enterprises and public sector organisations in the Union, thus contributing to the establishment and proper functioning of the internal market.
1. The Commission should be empowered to adopt regulatory technical standards developed by ESMA, with regard to the content and format of presentation of the key financial information to be included in the summary, the cases where it is possible for certain information to be omitted from the prospectus, the information to be incorporated by reference and further types of documents required under Union law, the publication of the prospectus, the data necessary for the classification of prospectuses in the storage mechanism operated by ESMA, the provisions concerning advertisements, the situations where a significant new factor, material mistake or material inaccuracy relating to the information included in the prospectus requires a supplement to the prospectus to be published, the technical arrangements necessary for the functioning of the ESMA notification portal, the minimum content of the cooperation arrangements with supervisory authorities in third countries and the templates to be used therefor, and the information exchanged between competent authorities and ESMA in the context of the obligation to cooperate.

[Text] Question No. 128 Mr. Bill Casey: With regard to the public disclosure of government support funding on websites managed by Western Economic Diversification Canada, the Federal Economic Development Initiative in Northern Ontario and the Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions: (a) do these organizations post notices or have pages for the purposes of " proactive disclosure" of public funding information on their public websites similar to those of the Atlantic Canada Opportunity Agency and, if not, why not; (b) has Treasury Board issued directives to these organizations concerning the proactive disclosure of information about the distribution of government support funds; (c) if there have been Treasury Board directives requesting that the organizations post this information on each of their public websites, by what dates are they expected to comply with the Treasury Board directives; and (d) what are the specific obstacles or challenges for each of these organizations in creating or placing this information on their public websites?

Bill Casey: En ce qui concerne le transfert par le gouvernement du Canada à celui de la Nouvelle-Écosse de fonds destinés aux établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire, à combien s’élèvent exactement les sommes — réelles et prévues — transférées ou à transférer au gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse pour chacun des exercices 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006 et 2006-2007 en vertu de chacune des formules suivantes: a) la formule de financement actuelle, selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage de la population canadienne (par habitant) que la population de chacune représente; b) une formule de financement selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage du nombre d’étudiants inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire du Canada (par étudiant) que représente le nombre d’étudiants inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire de chacune; c) une formule de financement selon laquelle les fonds sont répartis entre les provinces en fonction du pourcentage du nombre d’étudiants équivalent plein temps inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire du Canada (par étudiant équivalent plein temps) que représente le nombre d’étudiants équivalent plein temps inscrits dans les établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire de chacune?

General Categories of information that may be made publicly available 55.5 (1) The Registry shall contain a record, part of a record or information only if (a) it has otherwise been made publicly available; or (b) the responsible authority, in the case of a record under its control, or the Minister, in the case of a record under the Agency's control, (i) determines that it would have been disclosed to the public in accordance with the Access to Information Act if a request had been made in respect of that record under that Act at the time the record came under the control of the responsible authority or the Agency, including any record that would be disclosed in the public interest pursuant to subsection 20(6) of that Act, or (ii) believes on reasonable grounds that it would be in the public interest to disclose it because it is required for the public to participate effectively in the environmental assessment - other than any record the disclosure of which would be prohibited under section 20 of the Access to Information Act.
