Following an understanding reached at the Conciliation Committee on 9 March 2000, an agreement on a common draft directive on late payments was confirmed yesterday by Mr Ingo Friedrich, Vice-President of the European Parliament, and Ms. Margarida Figueiredo, Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Representation of Portugal at the European Union.
Le 9 mars 2000, le comité de conciliation est parvenu à un accord sur un projet commun de directive concernant la lutte contre le retard de paiement, qui a été confirmé hier par M. On 19 March the Conciliation Committee, co-chaired by Mr. Ingo FRIEDRICH (PPE-DE), Vice-President of the European Parliament and Mr. Pascual FernÁndez MartÍnez, State Secretary for Water and the Coastline of Spain with the full support of the European Commission - successfully concluded the conciliation process on the undesirable substances in animal feed directive.
