Transactions with allowances within the Union Registry should be carried out through a communication link involving the EUTL, whereas transactions with Kyoto units should be carried out through a communication link involving both the EUTL and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) International Transaction Log (ITL).
Il est opportun que les transactions au sein du registre de l’Union concernant des quotas soient réalisées au moyen d’un lien de communication faisant intervenir l’EUTL, mais que les transactions concernant des unités de Kyoto soient exécutées au moyen d’un lien de communication faisant intervenir à la fois l’EUTL et le relevé international des transactions de la convention-cadre des Nations unies sur les changements climatiques (ci-après dénommé «ITL»).

12. REAFFIRMS the EU’s commitment to support the efficient and effective functioning of the flexible mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol, in particular the CDM; in this context, WELCOMES the total pledge of US$ 8,188,050 which has been announced at Montreal to support the near-term funding needs of the CDM; RECONFIRMS its intention, on the basis of the statement made at Montreal, to continue providing adequate financial support for the CDM as well as for Joint Implementation (JI) and the implementation of the International Transaction Log (ITL) in 2007 and URGES other Parties to do likewise;

RÉAFFIRME que l 'UE est résolue à soutenir le bon fonctionnement des mécanismes souples du Protocole de Kyoto, en particulier le MDP; à cet égard, SE FÉLICITE de l'engagement annoncé à Montréal de verser un total de 8 188 050 USD pour soutenir les besoins de financement du MDP dans un avenir proche; RÉAFFIRME son intention, sur la base de la déclaration faite à Montréal, de continuer à fournir un soutien financier suffisant au MDP, ainsi qu 'à la mise en œuvre conjointe (MOC) et à la mise en place du relevé international des transactions en 2007, et INVITE les autres Parties à faire de même;
