If there is an individual, for example, in Alberta under an IRCS sentence, that youth would be eligible for up to $100,000 a year working on a dedicated treatment plan to ensure that we work through the province with that youth to reduce the level of violence when that youth is returned to the community; there is a hope that the level of violence will be decreased and there will be reduced recidivism.
