1. Without prejudice to Article 30, Member States shall appoint one auction platform for auctioning two-day spot or five-day futures following a joint procurement procedure between the Commission and the Member States participating in the joint action.

13. invite le Conseil et la Commission à coordonner leurs actions de façon à garantir la cohérence de l'action extérieure de l'Union et la mise en œuvre de l'action commune 2008/124/PESC précitée; invite dès lors le Chef de la mission EULEX KOSOVO, M. Yves de Kermabon, et le Représentant spécial de l'Union européenne (RSUE) à travailler main dans la main au quotidien; de plus, demande instamment à la famille de l'Union d'agir collectivement et de façon coordonnée en intensifiant les efforts entrepris pour promouvoir la participation des serbes kosovars à la vie politique, économique et sociale du Kosovo, et demande au RSUE de veiller à ce que le gouvernement kosovar prenne immédiatement des mesures tangibles en ce sens, y compris des mesures spécifiques de développement économique pour la région de Mitrovica, lorsque l'État de droit aura été rétabli dans cette région;

As the report also recognises, the European Commission is very active in its efforts to increase awareness of the importance of cultural heritage through actions such as the European Prize for Cultural Heritage and the joint action undertaken with the Council of Europe on European Heritage Days.
