We were comforted on Monday night when we heard heritage officials confirm that some of the tribunal expertise will be moving to the board and that decisions will be based on the Status of the Artist Act and on jurisprudence accumulated since the creation of the tribunal.
Nous avons été encouragés lundi soir quand nous avons entendu des représentants du ministère du Patrimoine canadien confirmer qu'une partie de l'expertise du tribunal serait transférée au conseil et que les décisions s'appuieraient sur la Loi sur le statut de l'artiste et sur la jurisprudence constituée depuis la création du tribunal.
