Pursuant to Order made Thursday, April 10, 1997, the House resumed consideration at report stage of Bill C-17, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and certain other Acts, as reported by the Standing Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs without amendment; And of Motion No. 2. Motion No. 2 of Mr. Kirkby (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. Kilger (Stormont Dundas), That Bill C-17 be amended by adding after line 13 on page 66 the following:
