The Commission has approved an operation by which the Austrian companies Creditanstalt-Bankverein AG, Wien, and Treibacher Schleifmittel AG, Villach/Landskron, acquire each 50% of the share capital of the German company Korund Laufenburg GmbH, Laufenburg (KLG).
