With all due respect to the Royal Society, which is conducting this study, should the Auditor General not, as Parliament's watchdog, have a major role to play in such an evaluation?
Avec tout le respect que je dois à la Société royale du Canada, laquelle est chargée d'effectuer cette étude, le vérificateur général, en sa qualité de chien de garde du Parlement, ne devrait-il pas avoir un rôle important à jouer dans une telle évaluation?
