It should be added that, even assuming that the consultation of in-house lawyers employed by the undertaking or group were to be covered by the right to obtain legal advice and representation, that would not exclude the application, where in-house lawyers are involved, of certain restrictions and rules relating to the exercise of the profession without that being regarded as adversely affecting the rights of the defence.
Il importe d’ajouter que, même à supposer que la consultation d’avocats internes, employés par l’entreprise ou le groupe devrait relever du droit de se faire conseiller, défendre et représenter, cela n’exclut pas l’application, en cas d’intervention d’avocats internes, de certaines restrictions et modalités relatives à l’exercice de la profession, sans que cela doive être considéré comme portant atteinte aux droits de la défense.
