Perhaps the leader would, at the same time, determine and advise whether the federal government intends to make any representation to the government of New Brunswick with respect to the environmental aspects of the Trans-Canada Highway construction, as well as the clear alternatives which have been proposed to avoid these environmental problems, again considering that Ottawa is paying part of the construction bill?
